Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of the learning outcomes learning process by applying the reciprocal learning strategy in the students of class XII MAN 2 Model Medan Year 2017. This study was conducted on the students of class XII IPA1 who became the subject with a total of 36 students. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research. The indicator of research success is the application of reciprocal learning strategy in accordance with the referenced syntax. Student activities have the same task in accordance with the ability and ability of learners can improve learning outcomes. From the results of data analysis can also be known that the learners learn from the initial test and test results of learning I still low. It is therefore necessary to improve the action for cycle II. The second cycle of teachers improves and motivates to be more active in the repetition at the implementation stage and its follow-through. The study concluded: In the first cycle of 36 students there were 20 students (55.5%) who had reached the completeness of learning, while 16 students (44.5%) have not achieved complete learning. With the average score of students learning outcomes is 61.1. While on the second cycle can be seen that the ability of learners in doing the test results of learning cycle II has been increasingly classical. Of the 36 students there were 33 people (91.6%) who had achieved complete learning, while 3 students (8.4%) had not yet achieved complete learning. With the average score of students learning outcomes is 71.25.

Abstract

The teacher gave material about basketball but it was constrained in the final practice test regarding the form of basketball skills test. This was seen during observations at schools in Bengkulu city. In generally, method of assessment in basketball material was in the form of a battery tests, but the tests used for the assessment were less effective. The aim of this research is to create instrument test of passing, shooting and dribble in basketball for Elementary School Students of Bengkulu City aged 10-13 years with a sample of 50 male students. The instrument of this research was a skill test of Battery Test that was modified by the researcher so that it got a valid and reliable instrument for elementary school students with validity of dribbling is 0.65, passing is 0.78 and shooting is 0.73. Furthermore, the reliable of dribbling is 0.85, passing is 0.85 and shooting is 0.78. Keywords: Construction, battery test, basketball skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leg power, and flexibility on the results of kick mawashi geri karate extracurricular students in State High School 2 Kalianda, South Lampung. Sanpel from this study amounted to 11 people consisting of 3 women and 8 men. Data is collected through power limb tests using standing broad jump, flexibility by using the sit and reach test, and mawashi geri kicks using the stopwatch. The results showed that the leg power had a value of t - 2,459, for α 5% with dk = n-1 and flexibility had a value of t counted 4,152 with t table 2,228 for α 5% with dk = n-1. The conclusion of this study shows that there is a significant influence on the power of the legs against the results of the mawashi geri kick, and there is a significant effect of flexibility on the results of the mawashi geri kick.

Abstract

This research is development research which is a process or steps to develop a new product or perfect existing product, which can be justified. This study uses a qualitative and quantitative approach and using the research & development (R & D) development research method with the development design chosen is referring to the development proposed by Borg and Gall. Based on the data obtained from the results of volleyball smash skills based on the pretest and posttest, it was found that the results of volleyball smash skills at the pretest were the lowest score of 4 and the highest score 11. Whereas in the Posttest, the results of volleyball smash ability were lowest scores 6 and the highest score The average score and standard deviation at Pretest are 6.71 and 1.91 respectively, while the Posttest is 9.46 and 1.60. Comparison of the Effectiveness of the Learning Model each learning indicator for the new model (after using a drill machine) is more effective than the old learning model (before using a drill machine). The average effectiveness of the preparation indicators for the old learning model is 60% and the new learning model is 85.71%. The average effectiveness of the implementation indicators in the old model learning is 50% and the learning model is new 70%. The average effectiveness of the follow-up indicators for the old learning model is 57.86% and the learning of the new model is 80.71%. Total learning outcomes (average of all indicators) obtained also increased from 55.59% to 78.81%. So that it can be concluded that learning a new model (after using a drill machine) is more effective than the old learning model (before using a drill machine).

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan produk model latihan serangan taekwondo untuk atlet yunior usia SMA. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini dilakukan untuk dapat memperoleh informasi tentang pengembangan dan penerapan model latihan serangan taekwondo untuk atlet yunior usia SMA serta untuk mengetahui efektivitas model yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research & Development (R&D) dari Borg and Gall. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet yunior usia SMA yang terdiri dari 40 atlet. Tahapan-tahapan dalam penelitian ini adalah: Analisis kebutuhan, evaluasi ahli (evaluasi produk awal), ujicoba kelompok kecil, dan ujicoba kelompok besar (field testing). Uji efektivitas model menggunakan tes serangan taekwondo yang digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan serangan atlet sebelum dan sesudah pemberian perlakuan model latihan serangan yang dikembangkan. Tes awal yang dilakukan diperoleh tingkat kemampuan serangan atlet adalah 15.05. Setelah diberikan perlakuan model latihan serangan didapatkan tingkat kemampuan serangan 21.47. Pada uji signifikan perbedaan dengan spss 16 didapatkan mean= -6.425 menunjukan selisih dari hasil pre-test dan hasil post-test, hasil t-hitung= -46.506 df=39 dan p-value= 0.00 < 0.05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan model latihan serangan taekwondo. Model latihan serangan taekwondo untuk atlet yunior usia SMA efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan seragan taekwondo.

Abstract

Various issues in coaching football at the Bina Banga Soccer School (SSB) include the implementation of coaching, management of management, and the purpose of coaching. SSB Bina Bangsa is a place of football in the city of Bandar Lampung that has good consistency in efforts to foster football achievements and have good achievements at the district and provincial levels, even with infrastructure and makeshift organizations. The main problem under study was the management of the Bina Bangsa Bandar Lampung Football School (SSB), because this SSB had not yet received an achievement at the National level championship. This study aims to reveal the various problems that exist in the Bina Bangsa Bandar Lampung Football School (SSB). To answer this problem, the approach used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using interview methods, observation methods, questionnaires and documentation methods. Data validity with triangulation techniques. Data analysis with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. rom the results of the study the data was collected and concluded so as to obtain results, 1) The management conditions at Bina Bangsa SSB have run smoothly, in managing the Bina Bangsa SSB organization run rudely, because there are still many obstacles, lack of support from the local government to help with the Football School financial problems. 2) The implementation of the coaching program at Bina Bangsa SSB uses the Chemo theory development pattern, which starts from the grafting, nursery and performance improvement carried out by SSB Bina Bangsa. 3) The achievement of Bina Bangsa SSB can be said to be good enough in Lampung Province. Achievements at the district and provincial levels have been felt.

Abstract

The goal to be achieved from this research and development is to produce a model model of game play basketball skill-based skill training for 12-14 year olds. This research and development is conducted to get information about the development and implementation of model of game-based basketball lay up shoot skill training for 12-14 years old and to know the effectiveness of theresulting model. This research uses Research & Development (R & D) method from Borg and Gall. Subjects in this study were junior high school students who followed extracurricular basketball consisting of 60 children. The steps in this study are: needs analysis, expert evaluation (initial product evaluation), small group trial, and field testing. The model effectiveness test uses the basketball lay up shoot skill test which is used to know the level of lay up shoot ability of the child before and after the treatment of lay up shoot skill training model developed. Preliminarytests performed obtained level of dribbling ability of students is 3.473684. After given treatment dribbling exercise model obtained level of dribbling ability of students 10.78947. On the significant test the difference with spss 16 obtained mean = -7.31579 shows the difference of pretest results and post-test results, t-hitung = -55.751 df = 37 and p-value = 0.00 <0.05 which means there is a significant difference between before and after being given a modeling practice of  skill lay up shoot basketball. The model of game-based basketball lay up shoot skills training for 12-14 year olds is effective for improving basketball lay up shoot skills for 12-14 year olds.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya hubungan kekuatan otot tangandan power lengan dengan hasil forehand pada club atlet junior tenis lapangan kotabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey. Sampel yang digunakan adalah atlet junior tenis lapangan kotabumi dengan jumlah 26 atlet putra. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran yang meliputi kekuatan otot tangandan power lengan menggunakan hand grip dynamometer dan medicine ball. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kekuatan otot tangan miliki hubungan dengan hasil forehand dengan nilai pearson korelasi sebesar 0.613 dengan kategori sedang dan power lengan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan hasil forehand dengan nilai pearson komparasi sebesar 0.620 tergolong cukup kuat. dan hasil perhitungan analisis korelasi ganda dengan uji F menunjukan Fhitung =8,79 > Ftabel 3,42 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua variabel bebas mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan hasil forehand tenis lapangan club atlet junior putra kotabumi. Kesimpulannya bahwa kekuatan otot tangandan power lengan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan hasil forehand.

Abstract

This research and development is conducted to be able to obtain information about the development and application of dribbling learning model on the game of football for junior high school students and to know the effectiveness of the resulting model. This research uses Research & Development (R & D) method from Borg and Gall. Subjects in this study were junior high school students consisting of 40 students. The steps in this study are: needs analysis, expert evaluation (initial product evaluation), small group trial, and field testing. Test the effectiveness of the model using soccer dribbling skills test used to determine the level of dribbling ability of students before and after giving treatment dribbling learning model developed. Initial test done obtained level of dribbling ability of student is 3,236 second. After given treatment dribbling learning model obtained level of dribbling ability students 9.736 seconds. On the significant test the difference with spss 16 obtained mean = -6.500 shows the difference of pre-test results and post-test results, t-count = -28.429 df = 37 and p-value = 0.00 <0.05 which means there is a significant difference between before and after given the treatment of dribbling learning model on the game of football. Thus a dribbling learning model on football games for junior high school students is effective to improve dribbling skills in football games for Junior High School Students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan melompat dengan 1 kaki, leq squat terhadap hasil Tendangan Samping Pencak Silat pada Siswa SMP Negeri 3 Way Pengubuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Populasi yang diambil sekaligus sampel (sampel total) adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler pencak silat SMP Negeri 3 Way Pengubuan dengan jumlah 30 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji pengaruh dan uji t, maka hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan melompat dengan 1 kaki terhadap kemampuan tendangan samping pencak silat dengan analisis data diperoleh t hitung = 11,961 > t tabel = 2,1603. 2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan leq squat terhadap kemampuan tendangan samping pencak silat dengan analisis data t hitung =17,0447 > t tabel = 2,1603. 3) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara melompat dengan 1 kaki dan leq squat terhadap kemampuan tendangan samping pencak silat dengan analisis data t hitung= 7,1669 >  t tabel  =  2,160  maka Ha diterima H0 ditolak. Dari perhitungan uji pengaruh latihan melompat dengan 1 kaki adalah 11,961 sedangkan latihan leq squat adalah 17,0447. Dengan demikian latihan leq squat lebih baik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan tendangan samping pencak silat pada siswa SMP Negeri 3 Way Pengubuan.
